The Sports Performance Academy offers the most comprehensive wellbalanced training program around. Athletes will improve their explosiveness, speed, strength, flexibility and stability through various training methods, including (but not limited to):

» Lifting for explosive strength & power
» Speed
» Agility and conditioning work on the field and in the pool
» Yoga/Pilates for flexibility and core strength/stability
» Athletes will also be counseled on nutrition, nutritional
supplements and recovery techniques.





Summer 2009 Sports Performance Program

June 1st - July 31st

Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8am - 10am

Tuesday, Thursday
1:30pm - 3:30pm

Price:
Entire summer session: $429/month/members for June and July
Non-members: $599

One month (June or July): $249/members, $349/non-members

Weekly Price: $99/members, non-members pay applicable guest fees at the Front Desk upon entering.

Daily Price: $35/members, non-members pay applicable guest fees at the Front Desk upon entering ($8 children under 14, $15 ages 14 and up)

B. Quick Athletic Develpment's School Year Sports Performance Program

Begins Monday, August 3rd, 2009 - end of May 2010

For middle school, jr. high and high school athletes, advanced programs for college and pros, basic fitness & circuit training for elementary school

Before and after school hours:
Mornings:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
6:00am - 8:00am


Afternoons:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
3:00pm - 6:00pm

Tuesday
4:30pm - 6:30pm

Thursday
4:30pm - 5:30pm

Cost: $35 registration fee plus:
$TBA/members per month, 3 month committment
$TBA/non-members per month, 3 month committment
Additional family members: $TBA/month for members, $TBA/month for non-members (3 month committment)

A unique well-balanced, comprehensive training program designed to increase strength, endurance, explosiveness, flexibility, core strength and stability. The classes will be fastpaced. Individuals will work the entire body each class. Enrollment is limited.

This is a class for adult athletes.

Pricing: $275/month for members ($375 non-members), $35/session members ($50/session non-members).

NEW PROGRAM!

The Sports Performance Hard Core Circuit
This circuit will be for anyone looking to sculpt and condition their entire body on these two days.

Tuesday / Thursday
8:30am - 10am or 9:30am - 11am

Members have the option to attend either before or after participating in the Ab Class held at 9:30am in the Mind and Body Studio.

$25 per single session
$175 if they commit to the month (which will get them a $6 discount per session if they make the monthly commitment)
