Choose a Trainer Who's Right for You!
Franco's Personal Trainers are highly qualified, competent professionals who are passionate about helping you achieve your goals. All of our trainers maintain our standard of excellence by fulfilling our basic requirements. Our Master trainers have completed additional certifications and offer more years of experience, as the chart below shows:

Expert Trainers:
» Certified by a nationally accredited organization.
» Maintain continuing education credits within current certifications.
» At least one year of experience with individual or small group exercise program design and implementation

Sports Performance Trainers:
» Hold two or more nationally recognized certifications.
» Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a health related field.
» Maintain continuing education credits within current certifications.
» Three or more years of experience working with individual or small group exercise program design and implementation.

Please note: You must purchase the training package that corresponds to the level of your trainer. Our Fitness Director will be happy to help you select a trainer who best suits your needs.

Brandt is the CEO and Founder of BQuick Athletic Development. He is living his dream everyday by working with clients, athletes, groups and teams in helping them realize their goals and greatest potential in life through movement, education, hard work and dedication. Brandts passion is everything under the umbrella of health, wellness, fitness and performance. Let Brandt help bring that passion to you, whatever goals you may have. His training is a unique and balanced blend of: strength, speed/agility/ conditioning, flexibility and core, yoga and Pilates, nutrition and education. From sport specific training to weight loss and wellness, Brandt possesses all of the tools and qualities to help you achieve your goals!





Karen Groce

Karen is CSCS certified and is also a USAW Sports Performance Certified Coach. She graduated from LSU in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing her masters at SLU. She has worked with the Sports Performance since '04, and has been the Head Speed and Strength Coach for Tulane's Track and Field and Swimming and Diving Programs. She is a dedicated coach who has a lot of passion for what she does.




Scott Cook

USAW Sports Performance
LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist)
CPR/AED Certified

Scott is a great coach with an abundance of energy, passion, drive, determination and the will to succeed! Scott was a member of the US Army Powerlifting Team, and brings great energy and intensity to his workouts. He is experienced in strength training, speed-agility-conditioning, flexibility and core training. Whether preparing for a specific event, or just trying to get in shape, Scott can and will help you!




Chris Perez

AFFA, ACE, CPR/AED Certified

Chris has many tools in his repertoire. He is experienced in strength training, speed-agility-conditioning, flexibility, core, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Boxing, Mui Tai, and Jujitsu. Chris has a passion and love for everything in the health, fitness and wellness world, and can offer a multitude of versatility and variation in his workouts. No matter your goals, Chris can lead you on your path to success!
