Group Exercise Classes

Water Aerobics M, T, W, TH, F 8:30 am
Effectively strengthen your muscles and burn fat without jarring your joints.

Dancin' to the Oldies M, W, F 10:00 am
(formerly called Lite 'n Lively)
Strengthen your heart and burn fat while movin' and groovin; to your favorite tunes. A low impact aerobic workout. During the school year the class meets in the gymnasium. During the summer class meets in the Yoga Studio.

SilverSneakers M, W, F 11:00 am
Strength training with light dumbbells and bands. Offers the support of sitting in a chair (during most of the class) while exercising.

Yoga Basics T, TH 8:30 am
Stretch and strengthen your muscles in this beginner's yoga class.

Senior FIT Circuit T, TH 10:00 am
Alternate between weight machines and cardio machines to build endurance and strength.

Tai Chi T, TH 11:00 am
Gentle movement to increase range of motion, balance, coordination and stability.
