All too often we hear people say, "Pilates is stretching" or "If I hurt myself, I'll try Pilates". Both are positive, correct statements. But there is so much more to the workout that some people may not know. Pilates exercise is a program designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Instead of isolating muscles, the whole body is trained as a unit, integrating the upper and lower extremities through a solid core, to create a whole, strong and lean body. This intelligent method of training rewards you with flatter abdominals, healthy posture and strength from the inside out. EXO Chair Classes
The new EXO Chair delivers a unique full-body workout. This small-group personal training class utilizes a piece of Pilates equipment that allows for a challenging full-body resistance experience. It's a great tool for conditioning and building upper and lower body strength for people of all fitness levels.

EXO Chair/Reformer Circuit Training
A marriage made in Pilates heaven! Spend half the session on the EXO Chair, the other on the Reformer, developing optimal core control, lean strength and flat abs. 4 people max

Pilates Props Playground
Pilates bands, balls, and rings, oh my! Fun small pieces of equipment bring challenging small mat classes to life. Be ready to be pushed to your Pilates Body best! Only 8 people max on this playground.

Come experience the ultimate in Pilates Training on our newest piece of equipment, the Cadillac. This apparatus is designed to train the body like no other. Private instruction is required, and is by appointment with specially trained instructors. Please contact the studio for an appointment.

Members: 1 class, $16.50 or package of 6 for $95, package of 12 for $180
Non-members: 1 class, $22 or package of 6 for $130, package of 12 for $250

Private Instruction (members):
1 session - $50 or 6 sessions - $285
(non-members): 1 session - $65 or 6 sessions - $375

Semi-private Instruction (members):
1 session - $35 or 6 sessions - $195
(non-members): 1 session - $50 or 6 sessions - $285

*All non-member rates include applicable guest fees

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you are unable to attend your session, please give us at least 24 hours advance notice so we may accommodate our wait list. Any sessions missed without prior notice will be considered forfeit.
