The new EXO Chair delivers a unique full-body workout. This small-group personal training class utilizes a piece of Pilates equipment that allows for a challenging full-body resistance experience. It's a great tool for conditioning and building upper and lower body strength for people of all fitness levels. EXO Chair/Reformer Circuit Training A marriage made in Pilates heaven! Spend half the session on the EXO Chair, the other on the Reformer, developing optimal core control, lean strength and flat abs. 4 people max Pilates Props Playground Pilates bands, balls, and rings, oh my!
