Franco's Personal Trainers are highly qualified,
competent professionals who are passionate
about helping you achieve your goals. All of our
trainers maintain our standard of excellence by
fulfilling our basic requirements. Our Master
trainers have completed additional certifications
and offer more years of experience, as the chart
below shows:
Expert Trainers:
» Certified by a nationally accredited
organization.
» Maintain continuing education credits
within current certifications.
» At least one year of experience with
individual or small group exercise program
design and implementation
Master Trainers:
» Hold two or more nationally recognized
certifications.
» Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a
health related field.
» Maintain continuing education credits within
current certifications.
» Three or more years of experience working
with individual or small group exercise
program design and implementation.

Brandt Quick is co-founder of BQuick Nutrition and is CEO/President of the company. Brandt is also CEO/President of BQuick Athletic Development and Head Coach for the USA Triathlon Club, BQuick Tri-Dat. He is the Director and Head Speed & Strength Specialist of the Sports Performance Academy at Franco's Athletic Club in Mandeville, LA. He holds certifications with USA Weightlifting Sports Performance and SAC Speed, Agility, Conditioning Canada/USA. He is certified by the AFPA as Nutrition, Wellness, and Sports Nutrition Consultant and a Children’s Fitness Specialist. He has a working knowledge of the nutritional supplement industry from his own personal and professional experience in the industry, and from his professional training, education and product knowledge. As a well regarded coach & trainer who has competed at the highest levels, he brings the practical experience and knowledge that he applies with every single athlete and client, as well as in his business. He is a former student athlete who played Division I football at Kansas State University and at Tulane University. Not only does Brandt have the knowledge, but he has applied that knowledge to himself and to his teammates throughout years of elite competitive athletics. He is a graduate of Jesuit High School in New Orleans and a graduate of Tulane University in Exercise Science and Social Sciences.

Bio
Bradley attended Louisiana Tech University for his undergrad and graduate
programs where he played football and studied Exercise Science. He has coached
and trained athletes of all ages, both amateur and professional, helped improve
the functionality of post therapy and surgery patients, and worked with many "At
Risk" populations in order to improve their conditions and lifestyles. His passions
are to transform the whole person into a happy and healthy self-sufficient and
self-motivated individual by teaching them the science and philosophy of exercise
throughout the entire training experience, as well as to work with individual
athletes by developing specialized periodization training programs that elicit
optimal performance throughout their seasons. With any client the steps to success
start with eliminating imbalances, developing a foundation of strength, improving
functionality and finally increasing performance.
