What is personal training?
Personal Training is a series of one-on-one workouts with a fitness professional who designs your exercise program according to your individual needs and goals. You and your trainer determine when and how often you will meet. Training sessions may include cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility, and/or post rehabilitation.
Why personal training?
You will learn the correct way to use equipment as well as the most effective form and techniques for cardiovascular and strength training workouts allowing you to get the most out of your workouts.
Stick with it!
Qualified personal trainers will help you stay motivated and enthused about working out. Your program will be diverse and include activities that you enjoy.
What qualifications do FRANCO’s personal trainers have?
FRANCO’s personal trainers hold national certifications. Many of our trainers have earned degrees in Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, Human Nutrition, Food & Exercise, or other related fields. All trainers are CPR certified.
