Policies and Procedures



FRANCO's has created the following policies to provide a safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and employees. The policies listed below are those most asked about, and is not a complete listing of all rules. Individual departmental policies are available upon request.

MANAGEMENT shall have the right to suspend or withdraw club privileges from any member who, in his opinion, has abused privileges or misconduct detrimental to the club, members, or employees. Such expulsion shall become effective immediately.

CHECK IN
MEMBERS: ADULTS
Membership cards are issued to all members and long-term guests. Cards must be presented upon entering the club. These cards are non-transferable. There is a $3.00 replacement fee for lost cards.

MEMBERS: YOUTH
All members under the age of 14 must be admitted to the club by a parent or member 14 years or older with parental permission. Children 12-13 years old are allowed unaccompanied access, once checked into club as stated above, to all kid friendly areas of the club: Racquetball Courts, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Food Areas, Pool Areas (when lifeguards are on duty), Kids Fitness Areas (upon completion of the Junior Fitness Instruction program). Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by older member or parent at all times unless participating in a supervised program, or checked into Hang Out or Kid’s Korner. A member child 14 years or older is allowed unaccompanied access to the club with the exception of the Adult Only areas.

VALUABLE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
FRANCO's Athletic Club, its affiliates, agents, or employees, will not be liable for any advertent or inadvertent loss, theft, or damage to any property brought onto club premises.

LOST AND FOUND
Should you accidentally leave your belongings in the club, please immediately report your loss to the Front Desk.

LOCKERS
Daily lockers are available free of charge in both the adult and family locker rooms. Provide your own key or combination lock, but please remove your lock when you leave the premises. Semi-annual locker rentals are also available. See the Business Office for details

TOWEL SERVICE
Small workout towels are available free of charge at the Member Service Desk. Used towels can be returned at the Desk or in one of the bins provided in the locker room or fitness area.

RESERVATIONS
The Member Service Desk is where you reserve racquetball courts (1 hour), make reservations for tanning and any club programs and events.

NO SMOKING
For the comfort of our members and guests smoking or use of other tobacco products is not permitted anywhere on club premises. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR DRUGS are allowed on premises.

CLUB HOURS
Club hours are subject to change. Management reserves the right to close the club for holidays, weather-related emergencies, or for any unforeseen reason deemed appropriate by the manager on duty.

ATTIRE
SHIRTS AND SHOES must be worn at all times inside the club.
