Membership Billing

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments are deducted from your bank account on the 10th of every month. If the 10th falls on a weekend, the draft is processed the following Monday.

Credit cards are charged on the 5th of every month. Depending on the credit card company, it may appear on the statement 1-3 days later. If the 5th falls on a weekend, the draft is processed that Friday prior. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

You may change your method of payment at any time in the business office by filling out a Change of Payment Form. You can access your account online by logging on our website at www.myfrancos.com. Simply follow the directions to set up a password, and you can check your account activity at any time! The grill charges will show up as a POS charge.

Members are automatically allowed to charge on their accounts throughout the club. These charges will be included in your account history and will be debited along with our dues. Please inform the Business Office if you would like to revoke charges for anyone on your membership.

You may choose to pay your membership for one full year in advance through any payment method. Ask about your discount for these prepaid memberships.

You must visit the Business Office to fill out a freeze form before you need the account frozen. Reasons for freezing a membership include medical reasons, pregnancy, or a temporary move from the area. Members in their first year of the agreement can freeze but must pay their monthly dues as originally agreed upon. Memberships are frozen on calendar month intervals. The frozen month(s) will be credited to you at the end of your agreement term. After your first year's membership, you may freeze your membership. Please see the Business Office for fees.
