Account Billing Statement
Dear Members,
We have recently updated our software throughout the club. I would like to encourage all of you to visit our website so that you may access your online account. You will be able to see transaction list, statements, visit list, and much more! All of our members need to create a new Username and Password. Please follow the instructions below:
Step 1. Click on the link, "View Bill" below after you read the next instructions
Step 2. Click on the link, "Forgot your username and password" (even though you may have already had a username and password, the new software did not carry those over, you must do this again AND you must have your current email address on your membership account to proceed!
Step 3. It will prompt you to type in your email address. Please type it in and click "Submit". If for some reason it will not accept your email address, we must not have it on file. Please contact the business office at jtresvik@myfrancos.com to add your email address.
Step 4. Next, it will prompt you to type in your Member # (Example: 99999A). Please type it in and click "Submit". This is not the number on the scan tag. Please contact the business office at jtresvik@myfrancos.com or refer to your membership agreement.
Step 7. Finally, create your Username and Password and click "Submit". You can use whatever you would like. Just remember, this is CASE SENSITIVE.
Step 8. Thats it! You should be logged in.
