Junior Fitness Instruction is a program designed to give kids:
» The knowledge of a proper workout training program
» Club etiquette
» A general understanding of how the body works
» The development of exercise as a lifetime interest & nutritional guidelines
» Access to the weight room and cardio room

3-day weekend sessions, 2 to choose from:
Friday, March 26th (3:30 - 5pm), Saturday & Sunday, March 27th & 28th (1pm - 2:30pm)
Easter Break Session:
Monday - Thursday, April 5th - 8th
3:30pm - 5pm>
4-day Weekday Sessions:
Monday and Wednesday, May 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th (3:30 - 5pm) or
Tuesday and Thursday, May 1th, 13th, 18th, 20th (3:30 - 5pm)
