Our Isokinetic Specialists have combined a unique performance monitoring systems with accommodating strength equipment and functional movements using individuals' body weight to produce a workout like no other.
This amazing software allows the specialists to monitor and record heart rate VO2 max, respiratory rate, calorie expenditure, and more to insure maximum performance while maintaining a safe workout environment.
Because the equipment is accommodating, the participant plays a large role in creating their own resistance. What does this mean? Anyone can do it, and you'll never outgrow it!
