We offer the most diverse and exciting group exercise classes around! The health benefits of aerobic exercise are numerous. People who regularly attend classes can improve their cardiovascular health, reduce their body fat, increase their flexibility, and strengthen their muscles. Other benefits include increased energy levels throughout the day, decreased blood pressure and cholesterol levels, a strengthening of bones, improved posture, and a lower level of stress. Come step, stretch, kick, jump, spin, and sculpt your way to a new you! Classes are available for all levels, and at a variety of times. Times and classes vary. Modified Group Exercise Schedules: The next modification will be during Easter Break: Good Friday, April 2nd the last class will be the 11am Silver Sneakers class. There will be no classes on Easter Sunday, April 4th as the club will be closed.

This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
