Group Exercise



We offer the most diverse and exciting group exercise classes around! Come step, stretch, kick, jump, spin, and sculpt your way to a new you! Classes are available for all levels, and at a variety of times. Times and classes vary. Pick up the current class schedule at the Member Service Desk or click on class schedule.



Evening Water Fitness classes begin Wednesday, May 27th at 6:45pm
Morning Water Fitness classes start 15 minutes earlier at 8:15am beginning Monday, May 25th

Reminder that Dancin' to the Oldies will be located in the Yoga Studio beginning Monday, May 25th
