Franco's offers the most diverse and exciting group exercise classes around! The health benefits of aerobic exercise are numerous. People who regularly attend classes can improve their cardiovascular health, reduce their body fat, increase their flexibility, and strengthen their muscles. Other benefits include increased energy levels throughout the day, decreased blood pressure and cholesterol levels, a strengthening of bones, improved posture, and a lower level of stress. Come step, stretch, kick, jump, spin, and sculpt your way to a new you! Classes are available for all levels, and at a variety of times. Times and classes vary. Mothers Day is Sunday, May 12th...no classes

Memorial Day is Monday, May 27th...first class starts at 7am (FIT Circuit), no 5:15am cycle class, last class at 11am (Yoga and SilverSneakers), no evening classes, club closes at 8pm

Fathers Day is Sunday, June 16th...no classes

Barre Fitness, the latest fitness craze, fuses the techniques of ballet, pilates, yoga and weights to burn fat and tone muscles.
