Franco's offers the most diverse and exciting group exercise classes around! The health benefits of aerobic exercise are numerous. People who regularly attend classes can improve their cardiovascular health, reduce their body fat, increase their flexibility, and strengthen their muscles. Other benefits include increased energy levels throughout the day, decreased blood pressure and cholesterol levels, a strengthening of bones, improved posture, and a lower level of stress. Come step, stretch, kick, jump, spin, and sculpt your way to a new you! Classes are available for all levels, and at a variety of times. Times and classes vary. Friday, February 10th and 17th: Eve Parade and Orpheus Parade at 7pm in Mandeville, morning class schedule stays the same...last class is the 11:05am Silver Sneakers class, no afternoon classes on either Friday.
Tuesday, February 14th: Sweetheart Classes, regular group exercise schedule, bring your sweetie FREE, guest fee's on us!
Monday, February 20th Lundi Gras: All morning classes remain the same, last class is the 12:05pm FIT Cirucit. The club closes TWO hours early at 8:00pm
Tuesday, February 21st Mardi Gras: Club Hours are 8am - 1pm with two special classes: King Cake Cardio (Power Kick Boot Camp Combo) at 8:30am - 10am then Studio Cycling at 9:00am.

Sh'Bam!
Sh'Bam is on the schedule Mondays at 7:30pm and Wednesdays at 10:15am
Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH'BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star - even if you're dance challenged.
Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH'BAM is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH'BAM class is vibrant, unique and varied - and like all the LES MILLS programs, a new SH'BAM release is produced every three months with new music and choreography.
CAN I DO IT? You most certainly can! Dance-inspired workouts don't get any simpler than SH'BAM. Your instructor will introduce you to the basic choreography and coach you through each of the simple steps and it's up to you to add in as much sass and style as you like. SH'BAM is for people of all fitness levels, and we promise you'll get fitter doing this class regularly.
