Fitness Evaluation



The fitness evaluation is a safe & effective way to evaluate your physical fitness level. We suggest you schedule a follow-up evaluation in 60-90 days so that you can track your progress & results.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

Do not participate in any exercise or physical activity within at least 4 hours of your evaluation.

Avoid eating a heavy meal within 3 hours of your evaluation.

Avoid the use of alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and any drugs or medications that might elevate your heart rate. The use of any of these substances will affect your resting heart rate. However, if you are currently being prescribed blood pressure medication, continue to take regularly.

Dress appropriately, meaning workout type clothing. Preferably shorts, a t-shirt and athletic shoes.

It is important that you follow the stipulations that have been stated for you above in order to receive the best and most accurate results.

The evaluation process can include some or all of the following: measuring blood pressure, resting heart rate, body weight and body fat test.

The evaluation process takes about 15 minutes to complete.
