Strike is a unique and unparalleled workout experience that incorporates an array of MMA, boxing, and kickboxing skills. Each session will include a mobility warm up, Strike skill if the day, and a 10 round workout that will take your cardiovascular, muscular and metabolic system to its limits. The program is scalable for all ages and abilities.

Performance-Based Assessment & Competition

Total Fit Challenge utilizes our Personal Trainer designed Total Fitness Score system to assess the progress of each participant. This is a team trained challenge led by Alicia Megison, Lisa Zeringue, and Kim Camet. It is designed to help you achieve the next level of personal fitness. Each 4 week session includes a preliminary Total Fitness Evaluation, weekly Tanita assessment and a final Total Fitness Evaluation that will show each clients specific areas of improvement in strength, aerobic capacity, metabolic condition, and overall fitness.

TRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension Training builds total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels. TRX classes consist of a 15 minute warm up practicing the exercises that will be performed, a 35 minute intense training with a series of 20-25 exercises performed consecutively with 15 seconds of rest in between, 10 minutes of flexibility exercises performed to achieve a full range of motion for all major muscle groups.
