COACH ROBBY'S NOTES:
1)Practice Changes:
No practice Halloween for Juniors, Dolphins, and Flippers.
Seniors normal 5:15am, Sports Performance 3:30 and afternoon Swim 4:15-5:15pm (you will get out early)
Normal Mandeville Practice (FRIDAY)
2) November Statements: Your accounts will be billed for the $125 Booster Club Fee (single family) $150 (multiple family) on November 1st unless you have spoken to me about paying your fees by check. Franco's will reimburse the Booster club for all money collected.
3) Upcoming meets:
Nu wave Entries (I have received only a handful of emails of swimmers not attending the meet). I will be entering ALL AGES (except those swimming in High School State) on November 6th (AFTERNOON MEET). (EIGHT AND UNDER WILL SWIM SATURDAY ONLY.) Nu Wave Thanksgiving Invitational for all swimmers not in High School swimming - November 15 and 16 at Tulane University Reily Center. Warm ups start at noon for all ages on both days. Please e-mail me ASAP if you cannot attend.
4) Uniforms: Team Swim Suits - SOLID ROYAL BLUE (any brand)

Team Caps (can be purchased on the deck from Ellen Loop)
The 2008 Fins Team Shirt will be given to every swimmer. Parents can buy them in the Franco's Pro Shop. Shirts will be handed out at the awards banquet on November 2.
We will be placing a team order on Parkas and Warm up Jackets in early November.
5)Escrow Acounts:
Please update your acounts. You may leave a check made out to Fins Booster Club in the Booster Club mailbox in Robby's office.
6) My USA Swimming. Every swimmer should start an account on the USA Swimming website. There the swimmer can check their times and their progress throughout the season. Log onto www.usaswimming.org and create an account.
Booster Club Announcements
1) The Awards Banquet is set for Sunday November 2nd at 5:30pm at Benedict's Restaurant.
All FINS are included in the program. Awards include participation, male/female high point in each age group, new team record holders and recognition of new FINS! All swimmers will receive their FINS T-shirt.
We must get an accurate head count 1 week before the event so everyone must pay and sign up by Saturday October 25th.
Make checks out to FINS Swim Club, Inc and give to any board member.
The menu includes:
ADULTS-$15.00 .......Chicken del la croix, chef's starch & veggie, rolls, salad, dessert, coffee, tea
KIDS-$8.00..........Chicken fingers, pizza bites, french fries, ice cream sundae bar, tea
Wine & soft drinks are available for purchase.
Kids (any age) may choose from either menu but will pay accordingly.
