Swim Clinics
Spring Swim Clinic
March 1st - April 29th
Tuesday and Thursdays
5:30pm - 6:30pm
Instructors Sue Boudreaux, Beth Foley, and Bev Salvetti will work with you to become a faster swimmer this Spring! Experience Franco's proven and highly successful learning progression. The training is focused on technique then builds on edurance and speed. You will then be ready to join the year-round FINS swim team or the summer Schooners!
$120/members ($155 non-members)
Pre-requisites: Ages 5 and up that can swim the length of the pool (25 yards)
Ladies Triathlon Spring Clinic
March 8th - April 14th
Mondays and Wednesdays
10:30am - 11:30am
Cost: $130/members, $150 guests
This class will target those ladies preparing for the Spring/Summer triathlon season, whether it be the Crawfishman 1000 year swim, or the New Orleans 70.3 1-mile swim. We will work on technique, and then gradullay add the endurance needed to complete your race. Classes taught by Sue Boudreaux and Patience Morvant, experienced triathletes who both recently completed an Ironman in November. For more information call Aquatics at 792-0274.
Saturday Swim Clinic

The Saturday Swim Clinic is designed to promote strong swimming skills which will last a lifetime. We teach the four competitive strokes, emphasizing storke efficiency and racing starts and finishes. Instructor: Ellyn Sterling

Summer Swim Clinic (formerly Competitive Swim Lessons)

Ashley Tappin Swim Clinics
Learn to swim all strokes with correct posture, pain free, hip-driving efficiency and proper shoulder mechanics.

Discover Scuba!

If you've always wanted to try scuba diving then jump in! Here's your chance to breathe underwater in a fun, convenient session conducted by a PADI professional in our pool. It's never been easier to try diving!
Registration Fee includes mask and snorkel set to keep.
This class is not a certification. Participants will receive a $25 rebate toward scuba certification upon completion.
